4. Product Use (Personal Use Only)

Resale of our products is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. Approved resellers are subject to separate agreements.
Resale or commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by GlassFX.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe may result in a violation of these Terms, including orders associated with unauthorized resellers or distribution.
5. Payment & Order Terms
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize GlassFX to charge the total amount of your order to that method.
5.2 Order Review & Right to Refuse
GlassFX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
● Suspected fraud or abuse
● Unauthorized or bulk resale
● Inaccurate or incomplete billing details
● Orders that otherwise violate these Terms
We may also limit quantities per order, per household, or per customer account, especially in connection with promotional offers or high-demand items.
5.3 Subscribe & Save Program
Certain products may be offered through our Subscribe & Save program. By enrolling, you agree to the following additional terms:
● Auto-Renewal: You will receive recurring deliveries of selected products at your chosen frequency. Each shipment will result in an automatic charge to your saved payment method.
● Manage or Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription or skip a shipment by logging into your account at glassfxskin.com, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the next order date.
● Flexible Preferences: You may update your product selections, delivery schedule, or billing method at any time from within your account.
● Billing Responsibility: You must maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information. This includes your payment method, billing address, and credit card details. If your card is canceled or becomes invalid, you must update it before your next billing cycle to avoid delays or cancellation.
● Termination: GlassFX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully submitted on glassfxskin.com, you will see a confirmation page indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not received, contact us at support@glassfxskin.com for assistance.
6.2 Processing Time
All orders are subject to authorization and payment verification. Once authorized, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
GlassFX reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.
6.3 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship worldwide where legally permitted. Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. The estimated delivery timeline will be provided during the checkout process.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address, chosen service level, and package weight.
6.4 International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and will not be reimbursed by GlassFX.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
6.5 Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered, is delivered incorrectly, or is missing any items, please contact us at support@glassfxskin.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you promptly.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for both unopened and mildly used products that remain in their original container and are in acceptable condition for resale or quality review.
We reserve the right to deny returns on heavily used, damaged, or emptied products. Eligibility for returns is determined at GlassFX’s sole discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glassfxskin.com with your order number and reason for the return. A member of our team will provide further instructions.
7.2 Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue either:
● A store credit, provided promptly upon receipt, or
● A refund to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days after the return is processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been completed.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as GlassFX is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.
7.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund or store credit and place a new order separately.
8. User Accounts & Access
To access certain features of the Website—such as order history, subscription management, or saved preferences—you may choose to create a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@glassfxskin.com.
Each customer is permitted to maintain only one active account, unless expressly authorized by GlassFX. Creating multiple accounts without approval may result in restriction or termination.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently disable your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, violation of these Terms, or behavior that threatens the integrity of our systems, services, or community.

13. Promo Codes & Gift Cards
GlassFX may offer promotional codes, limited-time discounts, or special offers (“promo codes”) for use on eligible purchases made through our website. Promo codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for credit or applied to previous purchases.
Unless otherwise stated, promo codes:
● Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
● Must be applied at checkout to be valid
● Are for one-time use only unless explicitly stated otherwise
● May be subject to expiration or restrictions at our discretion
GlassFX reserves the right to cancel, deactivate, or reject any promo code if we believe it was obtained fraudulently, misused, or applied in a manner that violates these Terms.
Gift cards are not currently offered but may be introduced in the future. When available, gift cards will be redeemable only on the official GlassFX website. Gift cards will be non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be eligible for purchase using promo codes. Additional terms for gift cards will be posted at the time of launch.

GlassFX reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. 15. Governing Law & Disputes
15.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to the Website, its content, or any product or service offered by GlassFX shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Informal Dispute Resolution First
Before initiating formal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@glassfxskin.com to seek a resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally to everyone’s satisfaction.
15.3 Binding Arbitration Agreement
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you and GlassFX agree to resolve any and all claims, controversies, or disputes related to these Terms, the Website, or our products and services through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to sue in court, your right to a jury trial, and your right to participate in any class action. All arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only—not in a collective, representative, or class proceeding.
15.4 Arbitration Procedure
Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS, pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the demand is filed. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.5 Fees and Costs
Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs of representation. The parties shall split all filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees equally (50/50), unless the arbitrator determines that your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. In that case, the arbitrator may require you to cover all associated arbitration costs.
15.6 Exception for Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the above, GlassFX reserves the right to seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief and other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or proprietary rights. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for this limited purpose.
15.7 Time Limit to Bring a Claim
Any claim or cause of action relating to a purchase must be initiated within three (3) months of the purchase date. If not brought within that period, such claims are permanently waived and barred.
15.8 No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration proceeding under these Terms may be consolidated with any other arbitration involving another person or entity. You agree to arbitrate only on an individual basis, and not as part of any collective, class, or representative action.
16. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glass Skin Official LLC d/b/a GlassFX (“GlassFX”) and govern your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements between you and GlassFX, provided that these Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any applicable additional policies posted on the Site. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply to specific parts of the Site or to particular services offered by GlassFX.
16.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
You agree that this Site shall be deemed a passive website solely based in Delaware, USA, which does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over GlassFX in jurisdictions other than Delaware. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to GlassFX or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
16.2 Termination
GlassFX may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if, in GlassFX’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
16.3 Relationship of Parties
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between GlassFX and you as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.
16.4 Waiver & Severability
The failure of GlassFX to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision is severable from these Terms and the remaining provisions are still valid and enforceable.
16.5 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms nor any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without GlassFX’s express prior written consent. These Terms shall inure to the benefit of GlassFX’s successors, assigns, affiliates, and licensees.

16.9 Force Majeure
GlassFX shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, and failures of suppliers or service providers.

By submitting or tagging GlassFX in any form of content (including reviews, photos, videos, or social media posts), you grant GlassFX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. You warrant that you own the rights to such content and that its use will not infringe on any third-party rights.

GlassFX uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and serve personalized content or ads.
